GRIEVANCE OFFICER#
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and Rule 4(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Attesar (operating entity to be confirmed) has appointed the following Grievance Officer:

TIMELINES#
- Every complaint receives an acknowledgement with a ticket reference within 24 hours.
- Complaints are resolved within 15 days of receipt. Where a complaint concerns removal of content or a legal notice, we act within the shorter periods the law requires.
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the National Consumer Helpline (1915), the Data Protection Board of India for data matters, or the courts. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform; UK consumers may use approved alternative dispute resolution bodies.

SELLER INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS#
As required by the E-Commerce Rules, every listing shows the seller's verified status and username, and every invoice shows the seller's legal or business name and country as the supplier of record, together with the platform fee and applicable tax charged by Attesar.
