Attesar exists for legal, rights-clean digital goods sold by the people who made them or who hold a written licence to sell them. The following may never be listed, requested, sold or delivered on the Platform, in any category, even if legal where you are.
CATEGORIES WE DO NOT HOST#
These are lawful products that we simply do not carry, because we cannot verify authorship well enough to be confident every listing is the seller's own work. Do not attempt to list them under another category.
We accept work whose authorship can be shown from its source — a repository, a Figma or design file, an editable project, or a registrar transfer.
- Stock photography, footage, drone clips and texture libraries.
- Video templates and motion-graphics projects (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lottie).
- Music, beats, sample packs, sound effects and voice-over kits.
- E-books, PDFs, guides and workbooks.
- Online courses, video lessons and training programmes.
- 3D models, game assets and engine-ready asset packs.
ACCOUNTS, ACCESS AND ENGAGEMENT#
- Accounts, channels, profiles, logins, sessions, cookies or credentials for any platform (social media, gaming, streaming, marketplaces, email, SaaS, AI tools).
- Followers, subscribers, likes, views, reviews, ratings or any other engagement or "growth" service.
- Invitations, waitlist spots, family-plan or team seats on third-party services.
LICENCE-KEY AND SUBSCRIPTION RESALE#
- Keys, activations, subscriptions or seats for software you did not develop (operating systems, creative suites, VPNs, antivirus, streaming, AI subscriptions).
- Cracked, nulled, patched, keygen-activated or otherwise pirated software; "leaked" or re-uploaded courses, books, templates or assets.
FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND MONEY#
- Gift cards, vouchers, coupons, prepaid cards, loyalty points, cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokens, wallets, seed phrases, betting or gambling software, trading signals or "guaranteed return" products.
DATA AND PRIVACY#
- Personal data, lead lists, scraped databases, email or phone lists, identity documents, credit reports, medical or financial records.
SECURITY AND ABUSE TOOLING#
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, phishing kits, botnets, DDoS or stress tools, credential checkers, OTP bypass tools, spam or mass-messaging bots, scrapers that violate third-party terms, and any tool designed to gain unauthorised access.
DECEPTIVE AND INFRINGING CONTENT#
- Counterfeit or replica goods and brand assets; fan art or models of trademarked characters, vehicles or logos without a licence; work that copies another creator's product; "private label rights" bundles of other people's work; undisclosed AI-generated work presented as hand-made.
HARMFUL CONTENT#
- Sexually explicit material, content sexualising minors, extreme violence, weapons designs, drug manufacture, hate speech, harassment, and anything illegal in India or in the buyer's or seller's country.
DOMAINS#
- Domains that infringe trademarks (brand names and typos of them), domains used for phishing or malware, and domains you are not the registrant of.
ACCEPTABLE USE#
- One person, one account; no impersonation.
- Keep payments and delivery on the Platform. Requests to pay or deliver elsewhere are reported automatically.
- No false disputes, reviews, reports or ownership declarations.
- Respect the review process: resubmitting rejected content without fixing the problem is a strike.
ENFORCEMENT#
Listings that breach this policy are removed before or after publication; sellers receive a strike, a payout hold or permanent closure depending on severity; buyers who knowingly purchase prohibited items are refunded where possible and may lose their account. We report serious matters to payment providers and authorities. Report a listing from the listing page or through the IP & Takedown Policy.
